Hello! Well, first of all I´d like to say that I really love Edvin´s music! is totally awesome and very original, sincerely my favorite! The reason of this post is that I wonder if you could let me know if Edvin will be back to Mexico, I knew he came for a cultural event in Tampico, Laredo, Reynosa, and many other cities, but the thing is that I´m from Nuevo Leon, honestly is really near (around 3 or 4 hours depending the city) so I couldn´t go to that performance :( because that event wasn´t even mention over here, I just realized when I checked this site... In the other hand, I would like to say that Nuevo Leon is an industrial city in my country, actually is one the best economically positioned, also we have a big quantity of young population (that obviously will love Edvin´s music). Many artists had come and give concerts and most of them have been a total success (e.g. Alternative bands like Coldplay, The Killers; Rock bands like Korn, ACDC; Cello bands like Apocalyptica; Pop singers like Britney Spears, Madonna, Rihanna; DJs like Tiesto, etc) if you like you should make a research,our people loves all kind of music, and Edvin is going to be the exception belive me the results will be very profitable... Hi,Edvin...It's been five days since the "Kings on Ice" show in Bucharest...Five days in which I couldn't stop smiling and listening to your songs.Why would I stop? After all,you are a great violinist and since the 11th of April I've been thanking God every day for giving me the opportunity of seeing you,Evgeni and the others:) I still can't believe I was there.I actually saw all of you in an amazing show and I loved every second of it. At the end of the show,when you and Evgeni were supposed to give autographs,I decided to just stay and tell both of you at least a few words. Dear Edvin, I am writing you from México, so I am a mexican woman and I'll try to do my best with English :) I know you since last year (October 2009)when you came to Tampico, Tamalipas to close the "Festival Tamaulipas" at the Metropolitan Center and you just play incredibly extraordinary. I had never heard about you before that day but just to be sure of paying my ticket to see you I surfed the internet to know you and there was Tosca Fantasy and I just flopped. I remember I spent about two complete hours watching your videos at youtube. The day of the show I felt that the time was cruel because I wished it would have last much more. Since that day you are always with me. I listen to you at work, at home and in my car while driving to everywhere. Also, always when I go to the big stores I look for one of your DVD's but here in México you are not well known yet, but I am sure it will change soon. By the way, my husband is also a huge fan of you, but he is a little bit jelous because I like you very much. I loved your simpathy during the show, your relaxed personality and the way you interacted with the audicience. The way you play the violin is simply amazing but you must already know that; I could add that you are the only one violinist that I enjoy to hear at the moment, and that you have the power to make feel deep inspiration through your music. I write these lines in the hope that you will read: My dear Edvin Years have passed since I saw you for the first time on television. I remember it was at a Gala figure skating, when you appeared on the ice with Evgeni Plushenko (my favorite skater). But, look, as the years passed, and in 2007 I discovered that the impossible can be possible: two kings in Romania ,one is the King of skating (E. Plushenko) and one is the King of music (meaning you). I know you were in Romania in 2006, but I found out too late for tickets and, so, I wasn't present at that show. But the show in 2007 I didn't miss, as I haven't missed the one in 2008, and for Kings on ice – Olympic tour 2010, I bought tickets last week. I chose to write these lines because: 1. I love your music. Because I have this occasion, I want to congratulate for the performance to receive a Stradivarius violins and also I want to congratulate you for the wonderful idea of combining classical and modern music. 2. I traveled with your music. Because of you I felt the atmosphere of Carnival in Rio, I walked through the city of love - Venice and I visited the home of civilization Hindu – India. 3. I live through your music. Listen your music is like reading some books. When I read a book I imagine what the author has created through words.
